Create an Incident from a Location (Android)

Objective 

To create an incident from the Locations tool using an Android mobile device. 

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions: 
  • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Incidents tool.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Locations tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
2. Tap the QR Code  icon to scan a QR code. See Scan a QR Code in the Locations Tool (Android).
   OR
   Tap the location.

    Tip

   Tap the expand arrow  next to a location to see the sub locations.
3. If prompted, tap View Details.
4. Tap the add  icon and select Incidents.
5. Tap into the fields to enter the appropriate information. See Create Incidents (Android).
6. Tap Create.
   Note: The incident is automatically added to the location and the Incidents tool.
