Create an RFI from a Location (Android)

Objective

To create an RFI from the Locations tool using an Android mobile device. 

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions: 
  • To create an RFI in 'Draft' status, 'Standard' level permissions on the project's RFIs tool.
  • To create an RFI in 'Draft' or 'Open' status, 'Admin' level permissions on the project's RFIs tool.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Locations tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
2. Tap the QR Code  icon to scan a QR code. See Scan a QR Code in the Locations Tool (Android).
   OR
   Tap the location.

    Tip

   Tap the expand arrow  next to a location to see the sub locations.
3. If prompted, tap View Details.
4. Tap the add  icon and select RFIs.
5. Tap into the fields to enter the appropriate information. See Create an RFI (Android).
6. Tap Create.
   Note: The RFI is automatically added to the location and the RFIs tool.
