Sort Photo Albums (Android)

Objective

To change the order of your project's photo albums on an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Photos tool.

Prerequisites

• Create a Photo Album (Android)

Steps

1. Navigate to the Photos tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
2. Tap the Album  view.
   Note: The icon changes based on the view that is currently selected.
3. Tap the filter   icon. 
4. Tap one of the following sorting options:
   • Project Order: Tap this option to sort your project's albums to reflect the album order set by a project-level Admin on Procore's web application.
   • Alphabetically: Tap this option to sort your project's albums alphabetically by title.
   • Newest: Tap this option to sort your project's albums by date of creation, beginning with the most recently created album.
   • Oldest: Tap this option to sort your project's albums by date of creation, beginning with the first album added to the project.
5. Tap Done to save your changes.
