Share Submittal Attachments (Android)
Objective
To share or download a submittal's attachments on an android mobile device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Submittals tool.
- Additional Information:
- PDF attachments that contain markups cannot be shared and will not have a share icon.
Steps
- Navigate to the Submittals tool on an iOS mobile device.
- Open the relevant submittal.
- Tap the attachment that you want to share.
- Tap the share
icon. - Choose from the list of available actions to share the attachment.
Note: Available actions may differ depending on your mobile device and the file type of the selected attachment.
