View Announcements (iOS)

Objective

To view project announcements using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the project's Home tool.
• Additional Information:
  • Users without 'Admin' permissions will not see the Announcements tool in the Procore app until they have been sent their first announcement.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Announcements tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
2. Tap Inbox to display any announcements that you have received.
   OR
    Tap Sent to display any announcements that you sent to users or distribution groups.
3. Scroll or use the search bar to locate an announcement you want to view.
4. Tap an announcement to view the entire message and its details.
