Edit a Crew (iOS)

Objective

To edit a crew's information in the project's Crews tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Crews tool.
    OR
  • 'Standard' level permissions on the project's Crews tool AND you must be designated as the crew lead.
• Additional Information:
  • This action can be performed in offline mode if the asset/item was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device. Tasks performed in offline mode will sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished. 

Prerequisites

• Create a Crew (iOS)

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Crews tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
2. Tap the crew you want to edit.
3. Tap Edit.
   
   
    
4. Tap into the following fields to edit the appropriate information:
   • Crew Name: Tap the field to edit the name of the crew.
   • Crew Lead: Tap the field to edit the crew's lead.
   • Crew Members: Tap the field to edit the crew's team members.
5. Tap Save.
