To sync and download documents from the Document Management tool on the Procore iOS app.
The first time that you open a document in the Procore iOS app, it will sync to your device so that it can be quickly accessed at any time, even while in offline mode. If you want to download the actual file to your device, you can use the "Save to Files" option. Currently, only documents without markup can be downloaded.
You can choose to sync specific documents to view in offline mode, or you can sync all documents within a saved view.

. If you no longer need to access a certain document that's been synced, you can remove it from your device. This can free up space, but the document will need to sync again the next time you open it.
