Search and Filter for Inspection Templates
Objective
To use the search and filter features to locate an inspection template.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Company level Inspections tool.
- Additional Information:
- The search tool respects any selected filter parameters and will only search for items within the filtered results.
Prerequisites
Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Inspections tool.
- Choose from the following options:
Search for Inspection Templates
- Enter a word or phrase in the Search bar. The query will return results that match the following fields:
- Template Name
- Click Search

Add Filters
- Click Add Filter.
- Select the filter you want to apply. The following filters can be applied and combined with one another to narrow results:
- Type
- Trade
