Download an Open Submittals Report

Objective

To download a Company Open Submittals Report.

Background

The Company Open Submittals Reports is a CSV download that lists all of the submittals in the 'Open' status across all of your company's Procore projects. 

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions: 
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Company 360 Reporting tool.
• Additional Information:
  • You can alternatively create a report that includes data from the Submittals tool. See Create a Company Single Tool Report or Create a Project Single Tool Report.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Company 360 Reporting tool.
2. Click Open Submittals Report. 
   The system downloads a CSV file listing all of the submittals in the 'Open' status across all of your company's projects. The report includes:
   • Status. Shows that the submittal is in the 'Open' status.
