The Schedule tool enables you to keep your team up-to-date by giving them a real-time view of the current project schedule. You can create, edit, and share schedules, along with integrating your Primavera P6 or MS Project schedules.

Import existing schedules created in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and the MPX file format
Create and assign public or private calendar items to Procore users and project contacts
Evaluate all of a project's scheduled tasks or narrow the field in view by day, week, month or as a Gantt chart
Track, view, and monitor progress by resource group or for individuals

See All Project Schedules and Filter Calendar View (09/05/2023)

Procore has added back the ability to view all project calendars at the same time from the Company level Schedule tool. New filters allow you to filter project schedules by project, stage, type, and more. Read the Announcement to learn more or see Search and Filter Project Schedules at the Company Level.

Temporary Changes to List and Calendar View (07/10/2023)

Procore has made short-term change to the Company-level Schedule tool that provides an updated experience, while temporarily limiting functionality on the List and Calendar views. We are making foundational changes to the Schedule tool to support future investments and improve the overall performance.
