Export a Proposal

Objective

To export a proposal from a the Estimating, Bid Board, or Portfolio Planning tools.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions for the Bid Board tool.
• Required User Permissions for the Estimating tool.
• Required User Permissions for the Portfolio Planning tool.
• Premium features with the star  icon are only available for paid Procore customer accounts.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Bid Board or Portfolio Planning tool and select the project.
   OR
   Navigate to the project's Estimating tool.
2. Click the Proposal tab.
3. Click the estimate that you want to export.
4. Review the estimate.
5. Click Export.
6. Choose one of the following options:
   • Save as PDF
   • Save to Word
   • Send by Email
     1. Enter or edit the information in the form.
     2. Click Confirm.
