Manage Takeoff Groups

Copy a Takeoff Group

To duplicate the takeoff group in your list of takeoffs. The duplicate group appears at the bottom of list of takeoffs.

1. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the takeoff group.
2. Click Copy.

Copy a Takeoff Group to Another Estimate

1. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the takeoff group.
2. Click Copy To Other Estimate.
3. Select the estimate.

Delete a Takeoff Group

To delete a single takeoff group, follow these steps:

1. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the takeoff group.
2. Click the Delete  icon.
3. Click Delete to confirm.

To bulk delete takeoff groups, follow these steps:

1. Mark the checkboxes for the takeoff groups.
2. Click Actions.
3. Click Delete and select one of the following options:
   • Delete Items and Groups
   • Delete Items Only
4. Click Delete to confirm.

Expand and Collapse Takeoff Groups

1. Mark the checkboxes for the groups you want to bulk expand or collapse.
2. Click Actions, then select one of the following options:
   • Click Collapse All to collapse all takeoff groups.
   • Click Expand All to expand all takeoff groups.

Move a Group of Takeoff Layers to a New Estimate

1. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the takeoff group.
2. Click Move To Other Estimate.
3. Select the estimate.

Move a Group of Takeoff Layers to a New Group

1. Mark the checkboxes for the takeoff groups you want to move.
2. Click Actions.
3. Click Move To.
4. Select one of the following:
   • Move to New Group.
     Note: Click on the new group title to rename the group.
   • Move to Existing Group, then select the group.

Rename a Group

1. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the takeoff group. Then, click Rename.
   OR
   Click your cursor over the group name.
2. Enter the new name.
