To delete a form from the project's Forms tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- To delete any form: 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Forms tool.
Note: This includes a form you create.
- To delete any form: 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Forms tool.
- Additional Information:
- Deleted forms are moved to the Recycle Bin on the project's Forms tool. See Retrieve a Project Level Form from the Recycle Bin.
Steps
Delete a Form from the Forms List View
- Navigate to the project's Forms tool.
- Click Open next to the form you want to delete.
This opens the form in a document viewer. - Click the
icon. - In the 'Confirm Deletion' window, click Delete.
Delete a Form from the Form's Info Page
- Navigate to the project's Forms tool.
- Click Info next to the form you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
- In the confirmation window, click OK.
