Retrieve an Instruction from the Recycle Bin

Objective

To retrieve an instruction from the Instrukcje tool's Recycle Bin.

If you want to retrieve an instruction from the Recycle Bin, use the Steps below.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permission:
  • 'Admin' level permission to the project's Instrukcje tool.
• Additional Information:
  • The Instrukcje tool has been developed specifically for Procore clients in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. 

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Instrukcje tool. 
   This reveals the Instrukcje page. 
2. Click Recycle Bin. 
   This reveals the Recycle Bin. 
3. Locate the instructions to retrieve. Then click View. 
   This opens the selected instruction in view mode.
4. Click Retrieve.
   The system removes the selected item from the Recycle Bin and places it in the List view.
