Edit a Submittal Package

Objective

To edit a submittal package using the Project level Submittals tool.

Background

Things to Consider

• Required User Permission:
  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Submittals tool.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Submittals tool.
2. Click Packages.
3. Locate the submittal package that you want to edit and click Edit.
4. Make changes as needed.
5. In the 'Submittals in this Package' list, you have these options:
   • Click the 'X' next to a submittal to remove it from the package.
   • Click Create Submittal to create a new submittal in the package.
   • Click Add Existing Submittal to add a submittal that already exists to the package.
6. Click Update Package.
