Delete a T&M Ticket

Objective

To delete a T&M Ticket from the Recycle Bin.

Background

You can move T&M tickets to the tool's Recycle Bin. You can also restore them when needed. 

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • To delete a T&M ticket you created, 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the project's T&M Tickets tool.
  • To delete any T&M ticket, 'Admin' level permissions on the project's T&M Tickets tool.

Prerequisites

• Create a T&M Ticket

Steps

1. Navigate to the T&M Tickets tool.
2. Click View next to the T&M ticket you want to edit.
3. Click the Delete  icon.
