Request to Join the Beta

1. Navigate to the Project Bidding tool.
2. Navigate to the Bidding tab of a bid package.

3. Click Request to Join Beta in the banner at the bottom of the page. 
   Note: After submitting the request to join the open beta, our team will email you a beta agreement. Once the agreement is signed, you will receive additional information about how to use the integration and Procore will activate the beta for your account.

4. Once the COMPASS Beta has been activated for your Procore account, you will need to log in to COMPASS so that data may be shared between the platforms.
   Note: If you do not have an active COMPASS subscription, you may request a demo from Bespoke Metrics. 

5. When you have successfully logged in to COMPASS, a green banner will appear at the bottom of the page.
    

View Vendor Qualification Data and Project History from COMPASS in Procore

View qualifications and Project History data from COMPASS when adding vendors to a Bid Package through the Directory. COMPASS data can be accessed for companies connected to the Procore Construction Network (PCN) or by using the company name/address combination OR the Tax ID.

1. Navigate to the Project level Bidding tool.

2. Open a Bid Form and click Add Bidders. See Search for and Invite Bidders.

3. Enter the company name or address in the search field.

4. Select the desired company from the search results.

5. View the Qualifications and Project History data in the side panel to verify the company's status. 
   Note: Qualifications data can be accessed for companies connected to the Procore Construction Network (PCN) or by using the company name/address combination OR the Tax ID. The vendor's company name and address in your company's Directory must match their company data in COMPASS

6. Use the information to decide whether to add the company as a bidder.
